I contacted Doug on Sunday and he was at my house Monday morning at 8:00 am. Instead of tearing my house apart, which could have been very expensive, he used his knowledge and expertise to take a very low impact approach to the problem and used a spray to kill the nest. Doug under promised and over delivered and absolutely exceeded all my exceptions. Since I have very little knowledge in this field of work he could have very easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead Doug took care of me, the customer. I will be giving Doug and Carroll Exterminating a call any time I have an issue of this nature in the future. Great people and great company.
