Rewards are also available as you purchase your products here unlike other local stores. The staff on the garden department are especially helpful. Whenever we need anything for our home, Lowes is our go to.

I was told that if I didn't see it in stock, it wasn't there. Imagine my surprise when I added the one item to my cart online (while sitting in my car), then proceeded to purchase it. 5 minutes later, guess what was available for in store pickup? My item. It was only 2 dollars and wasn't that big of a deal to Kenya in customer service. I had shock on my face when she held it up like it contained leprosy instead of leaving it in the locker for me to get myself. I mean, you'd think that the bag contained the bubonic plague with how she held it in between her two fingers with a look of disgust on her face....the audacity was real that day. I don't have to go to this location anymore, thank goodness. I can always take a little more time and go to the Bobby Jones location. Heck, I'll go to the Peach Orchard location before I grace the doors of the Evans one anymore. Rudeness from one person can deter people from ever going somewhere again.
