When I brought it to the return desk, the employee told me immediately that I did not buy it there. Instead of being a good employee with good customer service technique she didn’t bother to say do you have a receipt or another method of showing that you bought the item but immediately accused me of not buying it there. I went back and got another item just like it and she still accuse me of not buying it and the store. I then showed her the electronic version of the receipt on my phone and she said this doesn’t match the item and one more time, accuse me of not buying it at the store. Finally, realizing that the receipt was from Lowe’s with the jacket description on it, she gave me a refund. Not only is the employee rude, but also not very well trained for her job. Home Depot is going to get Much more of my business from now on.

Spent money on something and was told it comes with what you need it for. Get home and of course not; it doesn’t. If you have the app you can work there. Just use the app and don’t ask questions bc it’s the same thing the employees do.
