  Great experience! Jennifer and Tia were wonderful to work with, so knowledgeable of the furniture and they were able to show us ideas we never would have thought of or considered. This was invaluable to us and our decision making!

  WARRANTY COMPANY DENIES CLAIMS. FURNITURE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. FACEBOOK GROUPS DEDICATED TO HOW AWFUL THIS COMPANY IS TO DEAL WITH. Wish I could give negative stars. The furniture quality is terrible compared to many years ago and the warranty company won’t cover anything. There are online groups just for how bad the furniture and warranty company are. Do your research. I wish I would have never wasted my money. I won’t ever buy this cheap furniture ever again. La-z-boy used to mean quality but that was long ago.

  The shopping and purchase experience was really laid back, not forced, and Kevin was really good at answering our questions about various pieces in the store and leading us to resolve those questions be eliminating styles that didn't suit our preferences. The result was finding the best piece we could get. He also answered questions about customization options so we could order exactly what we want. Really good store and great people.

  I had help from two different associates. TIA helped me with picking out my chair and. Housing one to fit my needs. I went back the next day to recheck my fabric choice and Kristen helped me. We got the chair ordered and TIA got the credit. They were both so nice and profressional and friendly.

  This is a great store for higher end, long lasting furniture. You may hear that their prices are a bit high but that is because the quality of their furniture is high. They have a nice selection for every room of your home in a large selection of styles. Kind and helpful staff as well.
