I had a bad back and she patiently showed us many options. Once I sat in the Acadia power loveseat, I knew we had to have it. Reba explained all the details, fabulous warranty and the temperpedic upgrade. When we are ready to complete a set we will absolutely return to Lazyboy. We have been customers for years.

So many styles and choices, but Kevin and the other salespeople there made it simple, helping us sort out what would work and what wouldn’t Not pushy or all over us like some other places. He helped us mix and match the fabric choices till we had beautiful recliners, a sofa and a back of couch table. Kevin and those other salespeople people are the reason people should shop at Lazyboy, where they can professional help and not make expensive and ugly mistakes. The Lazy boy quality lives on, in their people like Kevin and their products.
