The hardscape and pool deck turned out perfect, and the finished space feels like a true backyard resort. Our project was very special to us, it was to honor our son Jakob, who passed away in Oct 2024. Right off the bat, Ryan made us feel at ease and was very compassionate. He knew this was not just a regular build, but what the meaning was behind it. We showed him our "vision", he took a few photos, and within days, he sent us AI pics of exactly what we were wanting. Clay was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, from day 1 of the dig until the very end, when we could swim in it. We had an itinerary and knew what to expect and approximately the time line for each part of the process. Each one of their crews came each day. Each person was very nice, respectful and were the hardest working men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Each team paid special attention to detail and some days they were in our back yard from 7am until 7pm (plus 1-2 hour drive home). Clay always answered any question or concern that came up along the way. Garrett and Aaron came in at the end to start up the pump and filter, and showed us how to operate everything, that was super helpful. We have several pool companies right down the road from us, but we chose Lake Country Pools, they run an exquisite company! After the project was complete, we received a phone call from the owner, Alex. That also shows us, that Lake Country Pools is not just in the business to dig pools. They put their hearts into their work and stand behind their brand.
