I did a payment plan at this location a little over a year ago and I will never return and advise everyone to shop around before coming here. I was paying on a 40 inch tv that all the sudden stopped working. When I took it in they said they'd fix it. I come back in 3 weeks later and they still haven't fixed it, but gave me a loner 32 inch tv... much smaller than the 40 inch, but it was only for the bedroom so I was okay with it for the time being. I called them multiple times throughout the next two months trying to figure out what was wrong with my tv and they just kept giving me the run around and they'd say they would call me back and never would. They even had the nerve to ask if I just wanted to keep the 32 inch tv even though I was paying for a 40 inch tv and was almost done with my payments. Finally they gave me a newer tv than the one I originally had but even after the HUGE hassle I went through I ended up with a 39 inch tv because they didn't have an 40 inch tvs and mine apparently couldn't be fixed... It took them 3 months to tell me that. You end up paying 2-3 times what the item is actually worth and they still try to screw you over, so it's better to just save up and buy a tv from Walmart on Black Friday or when you get your tax return and go to Farmer's Home Furniture for any furniture you may need! Trust me you'll regret renting to own from here.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
