Shane at the Toccoa branch was so helpful , my dryer I have with them broke and they’ve made the process so easy. Glad we made the choice to shop with Aaron’s in Toccoa.

*** UPDATE*** After following the instructions below I received a called from who I believe she was the Regional manager very promptly she was very kind and helpful and the issue was corrected by the next morning when the location opened. One thing that still has me confused is that she said as "A woman of color in her 40s she could understand how my mom's description of the Employee who helped her ( the young lady said she was not offended at all could be offensive. I asked alot of customers ( at my job) and random African Americans if what my mother said was offensive to educate myself and each time was told that is the politically correct terms were used and the over all description was not negative in anyway. Later I found out I know several people who know this manager personally and was told 1st he is not part the (younger generation) he's actually older than me and has an issues with white people and they said it sounded like the Regional Manager was trying to smooth over his behavior. Either way on a perfessional level the Regional manager was kind, responsive, and corrected the issue also explained to me what happen so I could encourage my mother to read documents instead of going by the words she is told. I appreciate her help and the fact she was at home and still took the time to help me. I updated my stars but could not in good conscience go to high with them since he's still the manager and I'm sure based on my own phone interaction with him not much will change. I advised my mom to make payments online and if she wants additional items to go to another location or company so this does not happen again. My mother has done business with this location since she moved here 4 yes ago, while there have been issues here and there that are mostly normal in businesses. The most recent is Disgusting. My mother called to speak with a young lady who helped her but was not able to remember her name. The manager answered the phone and my mother told him she could not remember her name so she Described her as a young african american woman with great customer service and beautiful nails. ( mom wanted to speak with her due to her amazing customer service) the manager then proceeded to belittle my mother, because apparently the younger generation ( as he said) takes offense to someone being described as a young african american woman with great customer service and beautiful nails, he was very rude and disrespectful to my mother. Said she should try harder to remember names. Maybe names could be remembered if they did not go through staff like they do underwear. This manager appears to be very ignorant. My mom had placed a new order ( with the young lady ) and the bill was showing online to be $10 more then she was told and this " younger generation manager" instead of correcting this as she told twice before he would, got rude and asked my mother if $10 is really that serious. so instead of doing his job. He'd rather be lazy an insult an older woman on a fixed income. well if $10 isn't that much? I feel like he should be able to go on there and pay it since he's too lazy to fix it. Aaron's really needs to look into the employees they have.
