The Lowes on Camp Creek recently sold us black mulch that was labeled as brown and refused to replace. The reason given was because I didn’t bring the product back. Anyone that does yard work knows when you put down mulch the first step is to stage it by dumping it out. As much as we shop at Lowe’s this experience hit hard and not taken lightly. Another customer felt our pain and suggested we bag it up and bring it back. We purchased 20 bags labeled brown and about 7 are black.

I ordered a blind to be delivered. They marked as delivered with photo of front door. This was not my house, it was delivered to wrong address. I went in person to store and told them this. They took my info and I never heard from anyone. Called store numerous times but just rings and rings, no answer! I I’ll not order delivery again from them.They use 3rd party delivery company and it is not working!

Wow! My very first time at Lowe’s, and I came to the Camp Creek location. I walked in and went straight to Customer Service just so I could ask what direction to go to find some tile for my flooring. The gentleman at Customer Service was assisting another customer; he saw my presence but did not speak or say hello or good morning. As he continued his conversation with the lady, he noticed that the computer wasn’t routing the way he wanted it to, so he moved her to the other side, passing by me briefly and still not even acknowledging my presence. A simple hello would’ve been nice—even something like “I’ll be with you shortly” or “How are you today?” He just ignored that I was there.
Then I saw another guy come out of the aisle; I guess he was a regular customer. He said, “Hi, how are you doing today, Mr. so-and-so?” and I said, “Wow, you don’t see me standing here?” He said, “Oh well, I just try to deal with one client at a time.” I said, “Sir, I’m not asking you to deal with me. I’m saying you didn’t even speak to me. Your coworker also came in and didn’t speak to me. Are you guys that rude here?” and he said, “I just deal with one person at a time. I didn’t even see you.” SMH. I will never come back to this location again—they are very disrespectful.
