- SMSean MichotaJan 3, 20264.0Honestly I personally prefer Home Depot(HD). That said this Lowe's is way easier to access, if you live in the greater Atlanta area. Lowe's has most of the same things you can buy at HD. The store associates are attentive & somewhatknowledgeable. If you are a DIYer or need basic project supplies this place is serviceable. The ease of getting in and out the shopping center as compared to the HD on Ponce makes it my personal choice 9 times out of 10.

He was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting us with a DIY project when we honestly didn’t know what we were doing. He helped us cut wood perfectly and even took the time to walk us around the store to make sure we had everything we needed. His guidance made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We completed the project already and everything turned out as expected. I’ll definitely be seeking out Timothy again for any future DIY projects.

Instead, it leaked on my carpet, leaving a huge stain that wasn’t there before. When I went back to sort it out, I walked in hopeful that we would find an equitable solution. Rather, I was met with rude, unprofessional attitudes from store employees and managers alike with zero accountability. They refused to issue a refund, even though the equipment clearly failed. In the end, I ended up with a bigger mess than if I’d never gone there at all. Very disappointing experience. ***UPDATE - I called that number Monday. I was told I would receive a call back. I never did.
