I go inside the store to get my item that I was told had areive, was assembled and ready for pickup. The representative told me the item could not be located and I had to call customer service. Customer service said the item was delivered! After wasting 2 hours I asked them to reorder and ship to my house and requested they cover the shipping fee for my inconvenience. I was told according to guidelines they could not do that. I have yet to receive my item or a refund. Extremely disappointed and will resort to make the hike to Home Depot going forward.
