I purchased a dishwasher and confirmed an installation appointment in a 9am-1pm window. I spend most of my time in Atlanta so I left at 7am to drive to Ellijay, and called to confirm the appointment with the installer as soon as they opened at 9am. At 1pm when no one had shown up or called I contacted the Lowe's installation department and was told that the store was unable to locate my dishwasher when the installer came by to pick it up. I drove up to the store and was told by Matt (who identified himself as the operations manager on duty) that indeed the dishwasher was there, but because the number in my Lowe's online account profile didn't match the contact number that was left on the order for the installer there was no way they could locate it in the store. He claimed that even though the installer had my name, address, and probably order number it presented too much of a challenge for the crew. No apology, just an offer of a $50 store credit that Matt said he thought was "more than fair" for the 4 hour round trip, 4 hours of waiting at my house, and an hour spent in the store trying to find out what was going on. I would love to connect with the GM (Brett Thompson) but was told that the only way to talk to him would be to call Lowe's customer support. Customer support laughed and said that the store personnel always do that to get rid of you. I'll probably just drive to the Blue Ridge Home Depot from now on.

Online orders don't offer assembly. Wasn't sure how the grill is ordered would come. It wasn't assembled. The store wouldn't do it even if I paid. Returned it there. Bought another assembled off the sales floor. Igniter was assembled wrong, could have blown our faces off before we could see underneath it was flaming but not on top. Returned it, was afraid to buy another assembled one probably all assembled backwards. Gave up getting a grill there. Very dangerous.

Went into this lowes as a pro customer to order supplies for my business. Firstly the pro manager was rude and thought I was joking when I asked about a qsp quote for dusters and did not take my purchase seriously. Go forward two weeks and they magically picked up part of the order then canceled the remainder without notification. Congratulations lowes this store just cost you a pro customer for life and I will be taking my business orders to your competitors

We had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Mike! The Christmas tree we wanted was out of stock except for the display model, and Mike went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to confirm we could purchase the display model and then helped remove the tree from the display, and assisted us with loading and securing it in our truck. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service. We shop at this Lowe’s regularly and highly recommend it!
