    Went to Lowe’s to grab some large holiday decorations. Had an associate named Dakota that did a fantastic job of helping me locate, purchase, and load items into my vehicle. Management, if you’re reading this, I want to give a shoutout to him for being so happy to help.

    We have always liked Lowe's and appreciated the service that their employees provided. It was very disappointing to find there are now only 4 self check out registers and 1 regular register, which was not open with at least 15 people in line to complete self check out. There was only 1 employee to assist at self checkout with each register requiring assistance on items without bar codes.

    I made a purchase 2 1/2 days ago for about $1000 which included chainsaw, weedeater, blower ladder, etc. I forgot to buy chain oil so I never got to use the chainsaw. Came back to return the chainsaw and Was told that I only had a 48 hour return window. The associates were very rude. I asked for a manager and Chris came out to basically say that he’s not above Lowes policy with degrading demeanor. It doesn’t state that on the receipt which I provided. I think if you’re purchasing a chainsaw and it has a special return window of 48 hours which is very unusual it should be stated to you or at least informed when purchasing it. I have spent so much money At Lowes in the past couple months, my account was recently upgraded from a pro account to a managed pro account. We are customers that can choose to shop anywhere and the fact that they can’t take care of Simple return is absurd.

    My husband And I went into Lowe's (Ellijay) yesterday 10/23/25 looking for a screen porch fan. We were met by the store manager, Brett, who took us right away to the fan boxes that matched our specs. He was very informative on what size to look for for our room demiminsions. I was very impressed by his expertise. We also discussed other options to make our fan purchase more desirable for our needs. So thank you, Brett, for our fan purchase help. It's wonderful to have someone like Brett to make our experience a very pleasant one, instead of hunting trough stacks of fans with lots of frustration, and no fan in tow!! Cherie Muehlberger
