    I’ve been a customer for this location for many years and never have I encountered a manager like Sherry. Some people should not work in customer service if you have poor customer service and friendly people skills.

    The staff didn't want to help customers because they were in the middle of a conversation. The store looked old and run down. They don't have the inventory that other Hobby Lobby's have.
