After waiting on hold for 10 mins I was told the technician was schedule. Technician never called. Never showed. When the technician finally showed, he was pleasant. I wanted to purchase a new heater. He said he could install it on the next Monday because he was wide open. I discovered a couple of days later he had that Monday off and never ordered the heater. Update: I have stopped in the store on a couple of occasions and dealt with Ty. She has been great. Always nice and very helpful! I would go back to Leslie's only because of her.
