Headquarters took no accountability in priding themselves on quality customer service. Apparently, they feel its okay for cashiers to ring up customers and discount their items during a store sale, to remove it when items are advertised online as sale items of the same caliber. Assistants are rude and even in their error, as a courtesy they should honor the prices THEY ENTER! Called HQ to report my highly unpleasant shopping experience, which by the way, used up majority of my lunch time due to poor store management and the result was completely dissatisfactory! Of course, they felt nothing was wrong and didn’t even offer to improve the way they interact with customers, how and what they advertise to verify accuracy and how to honor their pricing when it is processed incorrectly. Maybe even show sincerity or offer apologies when customer’s have bad experiences due to basic flaw. Nope, not here. I’ll stick to Amazon and Michael’s before I support this business ever again. Sad, something so small could ruin my patronage forever just from customer complaints not taken with care, concern and consideration. Hobby lobby does not value customers.
