- JTjamie troupMay 2, 20265.0Listen, when you look up exceptional Customer Service, there should be a photo of Devante! His smile and welcoming nature is unmatched! When I asked others in the store where the folding chairs were, they just pointed, resulting in my not being able to locate, until I heard an enthusiastic 'can I help you?' from Devante. Not only did he walk me to what I was looking for, he offered to carry it to my vehicle ☺️. After helping me, I noticed him providing the same welcoming service to someone else, consistency at its best - JOB WELL DONE Devante!!!

I was told it would be delivered march 30. They changed it to today then they changed it to the April 8th. My husband called the store and was told very rudely that it had nothing to do with them and to call the delivery company. So he did when he finally was able to talk with someone they told him it was the wrong place and then proceeded to give him a new number to call that was not actually a number it was fake. For the next 2hrs my husband has been trying to get in contact with a manager at your store and every time they put him on hold someone hangs up on him. I will never shop at this store again. The costumer service is 0

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
