My husband tried to return an online order at the Douglasville location that I payed for via PayPal. He was there 45 minutes with no resolve and was told that he needed a physical or digital card to return. He also was told he needed to call PP and talk to customer service. They manager and associate made him feel like a criminal! They wouldn't honor the digital receipt. I returned a couple of days later to try again and the return system was down. We went to the Lowe's on Dallas Hwy and the guy pulled my name up in the system and just refunded the payment that was in the system...Paypal! I am very disappointed in the service at the Douglasville location.

The delivery department is HORRIBLE! They use some type of third party company (or companies) that are lazy, they don’t complete installation orders. We ordered a fridge delivery & install & they were supposed to take the old fridge with. The first installers dropped the fridge off but did not take the old fridge bc they “didn’t have room in their truck”, today they came to complete the install but bc the pickup of the old fridge wasnt “on their order” & now they have to come out a third time. Completely ridiculous if you ask me
