    LOST ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I had been a loyal Lowe’s customer for YEARS. I shopped them first for all of my home improvement needs, sometimes to the complete exclusion of any others. That all ended this month. I bought an LG washer and dryer set from them. After 2 tries they failed to deliver a washer free of any damage. The first one arrived with 2 scratches on the front of it. I returned it. When the 2nd one arrived, it was visibly dented. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the delivery team. We bought from the store, paying full price, expecting good quality and service from a company I believed in. The delivery team called the store to inform them that we were not accepting the washer because of the dent. He put the call on speaker so the store rep. could speak directly with us. She asked if we would accept $300 back to our credit card to keep the washing machine. I considered this compromise and agreed. She said it would appear on my account w/in 3 business days. When it did not, I called the store. That is when the shenanigans ensued! Long story short, they would not honor that deal and would only agree to $250. I’m disappointed not only because they would not give the promised amount, but for how I was treated. I spent hours on the phone with them while they tried to verify something that should have been easy to check and they nickle & dimed me over $50! This experience overshadowed the joy of buying sparkling new appliances. Thanks Lowe’s.

    I’ve called several times to exchange a washer I was sold that didn’t have the features it was sold to have and paid over $700 and they are giving me an unbelievably hard time about exchanging. Every time I called they said a manager would call me back and never did so when I came to the store they said I needed to call another # in which they could have told me that months ago. Upon coming to the store because of no call back ever Ron has the worst customer service ever he says he’s a manager but another employee said the manager is on vacation that can make the decision!! This is horrible and beyond acceptable. Ron tells me he can’t exchange and doesn’t know my name or date of purchase, why are these people so unprofessional.

    The associate who assisted me was not helpful and I had to return the parts I needs three times even though he was "the expert" in that department. I even brought in the part that needed replacing. I feel like I could have done better on my own without this expert advice. Maybe, Lowe's should think about reimbursing me for the gas for all the driving to get this repair done (I know you won't. ) I do not recommend getting assistance from the associates here. They are quite useless. Also, please bring back actual cashiers. This self check out is a joke. If I could give you negative stars, I would.

    Employees were not aware of products that were in stock. A employee from the outside garden was helpful in trying to help me pick out a replacement plant. Inventory was extremely limited and the state of the plants were horrible, they have not had proper care. The plant I bought and received was definitely not like the plant shown on the online website . I had an online order that I was over charged for. Several times I attempted to replace a plant that ended up being out of stock, although online showed it was in stock. The stock is not accurate. I did return to address an issue with the price they overcharged me for -$53.48 versus the $22 dollar price tag on the actual plant. I was told by a customer service employee that I would have to bring the plant back to the store. This is definitely inconvenient because it’s in a gallon size pot. I am however returning to the store with the label off of the plant and a video that shows me removing the label, hopefully this is sufficient enough for me to have the price difference returned to me.

    I try my best to avoid the Douglasville store as much as possible because this store is really ran down and the staff is not nice or helpful. Today I had to go there to make a return for one item and there are two return people working but one was helping people from a make shift line and skipping people in the actual line. When I said something she was rude and saying I was wrong and they were in line when they were not in the return line. I just left and will take it to another store later. They lost my business. I needed to return one item worth $30 and lost my business for the day.
