    I am writing to commend “Mannetta” (At Home employee in Douglasville, GA) for assisting me at your Douglasville store yesterday (2/3/26).  She was pleasant, knowledgeable, calm and represents your At Home store in Douglasville well.  I was having a particularly bad day (after a series of bad weeks leading up to this new month).  I just want to take this moment to Thank Ms. Mannetta for her kind words and assistance.  As Ms. Mannetta said, I will not claim my current events it will pass. Prayerfully, all will be sorted out for me soon and very soon. The items Ms. Mannetta helped me locate “At Home” yesterday are a start.  I purchased many items that brighten up my home as I write you and look around. I appreciate Ms. Mannetta and your store. Yesterday, I saw many other beautiful things in your store that will further enhance my home and I will be back for them.

    Their delivery process is not good. The customer service at this store is non existent. Their policies are no where to be found online while scrolling and purchasing. Just hidden in small print that says “view here”. Never shopping here again!
