This Lowes has the best, most helpful people. Starting with the manager, Al. He will actually walk the floor and help folks with whatever questions they have. I have never even met a manager at any other Lowes, Home Depot or Home Base. The paint manager, Colby , is awesome and eager to make the customer happy. Cody in millworks is even more helpful in every department, not just windows and doors. Andrew is everywhere at once and if he can't answer my questions, he goes and looks for someone who can. I could keep going but I need to move on. Long story short, Lowes in the Dougie has a great team!

traveled to Lowes to purchase washing machine. one machine on display was about $450. i said i will take this one. not available anywhere in lowes. next machine was about $540. give me this one. not available anywhere in lowes. And we cannot sell display models. next machine was $680. yes we can get that one. something is not right

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
