We came in during a very stressful time and Lucy was caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. The location is clean, mostly secure (doesn't have a gate), and well-maintained. The app works very well and streamlines access.

Any questions I had she answered with clarity, and was very empathetic, and understanding. I had no issues getting into my unit at all. She walked me through the unit before I rented to make sure it was a good enough size, and even gave me a tour of how to access my unit quickly. The halls are free of debris and I feel safe knowing the doors shut and lock after I walk in to prevent unauthorized entry.

After 3 months of renting a space, they raise the price by drastic amounts like $50-$70 dollars. They don’t notify you of any price raises, you just find out when it’s time to pay your bill. They also DO NOT prorate when you move out way before your payment date. You just have to pay whatever you’re already paying which is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER rent from Extra Space again.
