  Great customer service I always deal with Mr Ben from now on very understanding unit property always clean when I show up anytime I need to speak to someone they are always there to answer and even if I need time on paying my storage they let me know the deadline for everything what is acceptable and what is non-acceptable so I really appreciate everything they have done to help me keep all of my personal belongings and valuables safe.

  Beware!!! If you value your belongings, do not store them at ExtraSpace Storage on Covington Hwy. This facility has a serious mice infestation and mold problem. I’ve used storage units before, but I’ve never experienced anything like this. My new mattress, clothes, and other items were covered in mouse urine and droppings. Mold had also developed on my leather chairs and wood furniture. The conditions at Extra Space Storage were so deplorable that I had to buy heavy-duty contractor bags and throw away nine 30-gallon bags of clothes and miscellaneous items due to the damage. We decided to close the unit the day after inspecting it. When we discovered rat droppings and urine on almost everything, we immediately hired four people to help move our things out—only to realize the damage was far worse than we initially thought. I reported my concerns to the manager, Ben Rapsis, the next day. His response was that rodents and water intrusion are “completely normal” for outdoor units. Unbelievable!!! How shocking was his response, especially his careless attitude. I reminded him that storage units are meant to protect value, valuable and precious. belongings, not leave them to be destroyed to the point where so many items have to be thrown away. On top of that, we had purchased insurance, which I mentioned, and he's still lacked the energy of care. His only response again, was outside units will experience weather climate issues along with rodents and that's for customers to expect. Wow!!! The manager showed zero concern or remorse and didn’t offer not one apology. He simply continued to state this is what customers should expect with an exterior unit. I wish they had been upfront about their knowledge of the rodent infestation and mold issues and most importantly, about the 50% chance your items won’t be salvageable. I strongly urge anyone considering this place: do not store your things here if you care about them.
