  Miss Angela is so sweet and kind. She told me about the double, which is something they only do once a year where they give you credit for however much you put in, so if you put $25 on your card you get $25 credit. Thank you Miss Angela. The staff are wonderful they’re all always very helpful and kind, it’s always clean in there, plenty of places to sit while your laundry runs, free-wifi, vending machines if you want a snack, tables to fold your clothes, the washer and dryers are a good price, and I’m pretty sure there’s charging ports. I love speed queen. Thank you.

  I dropped off my scrubs for wash-and-fold service and paid over $90 for the service. Unfortunately, after picking up my laundry, I discovered that my debit/credit card — which had been left inside one of my scrub pockets — was used without my authorization. A charge of $69 was taken from my card after my clothes were in the possession of this business. I did not give permission for my card to be used, and the only time the card was out of my control was while my laundry was being handled here. This is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about trust, security, and employee conduct. I am currently addressing this with my bank and expect management to take this matter seriously. I would strongly caution anyone using wash-and-fold or drop-off services to double-check their pockets and be mindful of personal items before leaving their laundry.

  I absolutely love coming to this laundromat in particular out of all the others. The staff is very kind and helpful. If it’s your first time, they will be happy to help you. The attendants keep the laundromat clean. And that’s why I’m a frequent visitor. I’m there once a week . It’s clean, it’s a comfortable environment to get your laundry done. Especially when classic oldies play in the surrounding speakers.And if you forget something at home, they have everything including reusable laundry bags.

  I can tell you that this is one of the best experiences in going to any laundromat I've ever had. When I arrived I was greeted by Kal, the attendee at the customer care center. She was quick to answer my question and to show me around. I decided to come back immediately with my laundry. Since it had been some time since I had been to an automated laundromat I needed her assistance to figure out how to manage the payment aspects of washing and drying. She saw me looking a little helpless and she responded immediately. I am extremely happy with the availability of machines and their capabilities both the washers and the dryers, as well as the services that Speed Queen offers. Anytime I need to Outsource my , including wash dry and fold service and both normal and bulky oversized items this is the place I will go. While I am only about 5 miles away from this location the distance is well worth the services and prices
