Some of the clothing was inside out. I was very disappointed when I got the clean laundry home and found that it was folded STILL INSIDE OUT. It seems like a lot to pay for a service that claims to be "perfectly folded". I've used the fluff and fold service before and this wasn't an issue though. So I called and spoke to a super sweet lady who said it depends on who is doing the washing and folding whether or not they turn the clothes right side out. Yikes. I feel like if I'm paying for a service it should be consistent and everyone should be on the same page because here I am after paying 76$ for perfect folding having to refold all these clothes. 😣
- JBJason BurnettNov 10, 20254.0This place is always clean and their equipment is always operational. They use a custom card that you have to charge which is unfortunate, but not that big of a deal. We got in on a special and got double the credits we purchased so you can’t complain about that. They have a vending machine, a soda machine, and Little Ceasers on the corner. They have a large tv in the lounge area and they used to have iPads for the kids to play games on or browse the internet. Not sure if they still have those. The only thing this store could use is text-based alerts for when your laundry was ready. We drive from Castleberry hill clear across town because they are always open and we do laundry late.

I would have given this location 5 stars if you had more options for the wash fold and dry detergent options, I can only use laundry detergents that don’t irritate my skin. I would love to use your wash and fold but with my skin irritations I had to wash my blankets and towels myself.

Every time I go there, no matter what time of the year or season, they always have seasonal holiday spirits!! I love the breast cancer awareness tree and decor that I saw on 10-29-25!!! I’ve seen some many inspiring and community guidance through those employees!!! I actually bought them Krispy Kream Donuts one year, because of there kindness and effort to make their location comfortable and warm!!! Great job ladies!!!! I appreciate you all!!!! I don’t even do reviews, but here I am, giving you all your flowers!!! Thanks again
