- DDDouglas3 days ago1.0I Bought a whole kitchen set. ( Refridgerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher ). I've had to call to get everything done. From making sure the appliances was getting delivered to the installation. No body ever calls you back or knows who to talk to. The dishwasher was damaged and I had to call multiple times to see if they had a new dishwasher and had to re-call 3 times to see when the installation was going to take place. NOBODY CARES, as long as it's not them in this position. I'll never ever buy again from here. I just PRAY I can get my new dishwasher back and installed in a week. I really dislike everything about this place. I do realize i'm talking to people who don't care but I feel better and maybe i'll save someone else the headache. Take care.

I called to cancel the whole order and they couldn't because it's out for delivery and wanted me to talk to 3 different people to cancel. They are so quick to take your money AND the service SUCKS so dang bad. It may but mean crap to them and I'm not even a splash in there profit pond but I'll never in my life buy from this crappy company again. I can guarantee that the installation will just be a bad.

The bathroom was extremely dirty, with toilet paper all over the floor and sinks that clearly haven’t been cleaned properly. The toilet seats are loose and shift when you sit down, and the hinges feel like they’re about to come off. On top of that, the bathroom door doesn’t close correctly, which is a major issue for privacy. The soap dispensers were also not working, making it impossible to properly wash your hands. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Basic cleanliness and maintenance should be a priority, and this location is falling short.

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
