The staff instructed me to enter Dock 2 *"once a truck exits the area."* I waited patiently but never saw any truck leave. Without warning, the employee abruptly allowed the next truck in line to take Dock 2, skipping me entirely. When I confronted him, he blatantly pretended not to understand his own instructions, dismissed my concerns, and left me stranded. This unprofessional behavior forced me to wait even longer, disrupting my schedule for Las Vegas. The issue isn’t just inefficiency—it’s the lack of accountability and basic respect for customers. Staff either don’t communicate clearly or refuse to own their mistakes. Save yourself the stress: avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.
