- DLDawn LaChapelleMay 7, 20252.0Bait and switch! I was told 75.00 service call and 100.00 to come out plus parts, which i agreed with. The nice gentleman came and fixed my dryer in 15 minutes. Then he hands me the bill and charges me 160.00 service call and tells me the guy who answered the phone and told me 75.00 was the janitor! I'm only giving a two rating because he fixed the dryer and he was nice.

If it is not worth fixing, I get a straight answer as to why it is more cost effective to replace my appliance. Brought my dryer in Saturday and they had it fixed by Monday afternoon for a very reasonable price. When they make a service call to my house, the servicemen are respectful, very neat and I feel safe with them in my house.
