  Was told they have a $100 service call fee...and 75 an hour labor rate. Tech Came out looked at the dishwasher maybe 25 minutes max was told the seal at the door was dirty and felt under the it while it ran to see if any water was leakin. I explained that theres a sensor that keeps going off and that you can hear the pump going and when the tray fills up....is when it shuts down by design. 4 hours later....the same problem arises again. Called next day and was told they could order the seal but was no guarantees thats the problem.....I said nah....dont think thats gonna happen saying as how you cant guarantee your work and im already kn for 175...and can buy a whole new exact same dishwasher for little over 600....makes 0 economical sense. Asked well since what you did didnt work is there any sort of something we can come to as far as a partial refund etc.....no sorry cant do that.....so if you want to throw your money...call these guys....thats exactly what youll do.

  Langford Appliance is the best appliance service company in the Dalton area. I call and they come fix my appliance. If it is not worth fixing, I get a straight answer as to why it is more cost effective to replace my appliance. Brought my dryer in Saturday and they had it fixed by Monday afternoon for a very reasonable price. When they make a service call to my house, the servicemen are respectful, very neat and I feel safe with them in my house.
