I called the office and spoke to Nathaniel and he not only filled my container with a couple gallons of water he actually put it on the cart and took it to my unit...is that 5 star customer service or what!!! I was told that other storage places was going up so they did as well. I have a storage place now that is $60 cheaper than extra space storage.

No one was able to come out to fix it at 7 pm. Was on a call with customer service for over an hour with no solution. Just to get an increase on my bill for $30 more on the following month. I say that to say get an electric unit at your own risk.
