- MKMegan KlingamanNov 6, 20231.0BUYER BEWARE! We rented from February-April. Called first week of April to cancel and spoke to Doug Weaver. Got the ok. May 1st we saw a bill on the credit card, called Doug, he requested an email so we sent an email from the email on file. In November, I noticed we still were incurring charges. Owner told me that was my fault that I just now noticed despite him receiving multiple phone calls in April and 2 emails confirming termination of lease. He then turned around and said we have a 30 day notice period- ok we gave more than 30 days. I requested a copy of the contract that he said this was on and was told no.

Pretty much said they all full and that they probably were not the place for us because what they would have would be 240 a month. Okay for one I just wanted information and who are they to know what I want to spend. Just lost our business
