My wife and I had the most disgusting experience here in the appliance department. We came in 1/10/2026 to look at a stove as ours had broken the day before. I found one I liked and asked one of the salesman to please assist us. This is where it got disgusting and perverted. This particular day I happened to be wearing a sweater-dress with knee high boots. The Indian salesman who I asked to assist us proceeds to tell me, and insist multiple times that my shoe is untied, in front of me and my wife. My wife, God bless her, who is more of a gentleman than the salesman- didn't catch on as it's not in her nature to think along those lines, but I did, as it's not the first time that line has been used with me. He said it at least 4 times waiting for me to catch on so that I would bend over to check my shoes 🙄😒 When I didn't do as he was disgustingly suggesting, and of course my wife not catching on, biting my tongue, I insisted we move onto the product we were looking at. He then proceeds to mis-gender my wife, gets her to sign up for a Lowe's credit card, which meant a credit check, assuming we would then receive a percentage off the purchase price for signing up. Only afterwards does he then tell us they don't have that particular product available on stock anymore 😡 are you serious? Now we're stuck with a credit card we really didn't want and not even an alternative brand of stove was offered as when I gave the specifications we were looking for (a middle burner with a grate) he then was nasty saying how brand specific that is to Samsung and LG, when there's obviously others not as well known with the same specs. He was visibly frustrated when he couldn't find an alternative online, got his manager or co-worker involved, who then attempted to sell us the display which we didn't want and offered no other brands or options bedsides "Sorry we ran your credit" "Have a nice day" So after a preverted experience, poor salesman tactics and nothing in stock with no alternative solutions, my wife and I went to Home Depot across the street, got a great deal on a stove with the specific burner that we were looking for. No preverted jokes, no pressure, no sales tactics, no credit card sign up. The sales person got us what we were looking for and we will be getting a new stove delivered on Wednesday. That's how you do it.

The associates at pickup desk are not enough knowledgeable. Had to keep an expensive item which is not useful anymore, due to their wrong information.

Always quick and easy to get what I need, overall everyone is helpful but sometimes I do feel like I'm being bombarded.

Greatest place to shop in the area for home improvement needs. Recently closed on home and this place has been much better than most other locations.

Stupid AI is killing customer service. Put in an order to be delivered to my house (over $1000). Get an email & text notice that "instead" it is going to be delivered to a Lowes location that is 45 miles away. I tried to call their service line - which is a stupid AI computer who says "here's the wrong address your order will be shipped to", followed by "our customer service is closed".....EVEN THOUGH I called within 60 seconds of the text saying they were delivering my order TO THE WRONG PLACE. Lowe's is literally eyeballing their corporate demise and management is too arrogant (not stupid - simply too arrogant) to understand that.
