- HFHonest FeedbackMar 6, 20261.0Delivery driver threw a bag which broke and spilled all over my driveway, then walked away without informing anyone. The damage is clearly visible in the delivery photo Lowe’s themselves provided. When I called the store, the shift manager, She argued for 15 minutes saying they couldn’t see anything wrong. Suggested to pickup from store if I need it, Not sure, Why I paid shipping/delivery charges. Could expect better leadership from the the Shift manager. Its very unprofessional. Poor delivery handling and even worse customer service. Check the pics below. Security Camera captured the Video also. If Lowes team need, I can share the Video.

There is a nice lady Pratibha helped me about availability of the product. Once I reach there in store, she again helped me by finding my product, told me about my (so many) queries and still being patient and smiling. Its absolutely fantastic experience for me visiting the store, getting what I want and so many helpful information. Thanks to Pratibha and lowes team....
- SMSreemoy MohanFeb 7, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the Cumming Lowe’s. My wife tried to return an unopened generator 4 days after purchase, with a valid receipt. The generator never left our car trunk because we never lost power. Two front-desk employees (elderly ladies)lied about return policy, refused the return, mocked her, and told her to “go cry” at another Lowe’s. That is humiliating and completely unprofessional. Corporate Lowe’s ( both human chat support as well human voice representative) later confirmed the return was 100% valid under the 30-day policy and was shocked this store refused it. We have proof. This was not confusion — it was bad attitude and worse behavior. We then went to the Duke Road Lowe’s, where Ernie handled the return immediately and professionally, even arranging equipment so we didn’t have to move a 300-lb generator. Night-and-day difference. The Cumming location should be ashamed. If mocking customers is acceptable here, avoid this store.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
