Our sales associate was a gem, taking us to various vignettes within the store so we could coordinate our needs from the different available options to meet our needs. So excited for delivery next week!

The chair has been broken since day one. Here we are almost 6 months later, boxes keep getting shipped to my house, but nothing has been fixed. I really want to return the whole thing. Unfortunately, I can’t get any help or service at all. I would not recommend purchasing anything from La-z-boy EVER.

Chairs back where leather velcro's the flaps to the back of the chair slightly off center..shows the velcro as there attached off center Carpet mates have good contact to the floor ...but none to the carpet itself Two tables purchased rock on there floor as the legs are not the same length
