She knew exactly what to show when we asked. She also had great style insights and helped us buy several pieces. Highly recommend this store location and Savannah. We were in and out in less than hour and are very happy with our purchases.

I initially called the Cumming store to get a quote on a specific sofa and loveseat set. The manager provided a price over the phone without any issue. As any reasonable customer would do before making a large purchase, I then called the Alpharetta store to see if they could match the price. They declined, which was completely fine. However, when I called the Cumming store back, I was told they would no longer sell me the furniture because I had attempted to price match with another La-Z-Boy location. The manager’s tone and handling of the situation were extremely unprofessional. Instead of explaining things calmly or respectfully, the conversation felt dismissive and punitive—almost as if I had done something wrong by shopping around. It was surprising and frustrating to be treated this way for simply comparing prices. Refusing to sell to a customer and handling the situation in such an unprofessional manner reflects poorly on the management at the Cumming location and the brand overall.
