- VWVictoria WrightJan 2, 20261.0Very rude staff/employees. We weren't greeted or spoken to by a single employee after even walking up to the register & greeting the cashier with a warm hello. Said hello how are you and was met with a glare as I put my items on the counter. Tried to use a gift card I was given for Christmas which didn't work and rather than helping was immediately asked "do you even have another form of payment?" I said yes but I wanted to try to use my gift card and was yet again met with just a glare. This is APALLING. I have been in customer service for 15+ years and this is by far one of the poorest customer service experiences I have unfortunately had. I get that it's holiday season and it can be busy but there wasn't even a line. To be rushed and treated like I was inconveniencing her was beyond disappointing and frustrating. I will make sure to go to another location even though it is out of my way. Hell I'd rather shop at Michael's.
