I was very happy with the construction and initial service. I would give them 5 stars but the subsequent service they provided was spotty at best. It takes about a week for them to respond to emails, which is often too late for more serious issues. They also do not have consistently knowledgeable crews on site, which prolongs issues and potentially increases repair costs. So, I unfortunately had to cancel my service contract with them. Too bad as they did a great installation and I'd prefer to have stayed with them.
