My key controlled my Cubbies, ignition, and glove box, so I brought a cubby lock thinking they can make a key with this (this is a Polaris slingshot, so a bit tricky and rare) . Not only was it explained to me why they need my ignition key but I was told it could be done at a fraction of the cost of others and they could do it. I was so impressed that hours later it was done. Not only was it done for the exact price they quoted me, they gave me a spare key and they both worked flawlessly. Thank you!

Explained them what transpired and requested their assistance in restoring them. To my pleasant surprise, Susie went the extra mile in explaining me how to fix it and infact patiently made me practice it on my second lock. Instead of charging me for the whole thing, she sent me home with a few shims and number 4 bottom keys (which were wrong in the kit I was using) so that I could practice this at home myself. Couldn’t have asked for more, thank you!
