She is knowledgeable, engaging and had a wonderful/helpful attitude through the whole process, making it a successful/pleasurable experience! 😊 BUT, once we got locked in the gate since we weren’t told how to exit and she chose to lock the door and not answer a business phone for a customer and I had to get the police out there to get her to open the door, FORGET everything I said about Desiree- I was dead WRONG.
