While I was admiring it Jonathan walked by and was telling me how lovely it was and how so many people liked it. He was so pleasant when I asked him if I could get one. Turns out it was sold out everywhere. He said give me a moment and told me to stay put. He went and asked if I could have the display after looking everywhere for one! He was so sweet and helpful. Carried the heavy tree to my car even when I tried to help! All while keeping such a genuine smile on his face. He made our Christmas special and didn’t even know it. He’s a true gem and y’all need to hold on to him! He made you feel like a welcomed guest in his home which speaks volumes nowadays.

I knew what I wanted but Lowes evidently has the opinion EVERYONE is a thief and therefore they keep chainsaw padlocked. And then there's no one available to unlock them.. The employee that wanted to help had no keys and evidently couldn't convince whoever had the key to do their job. And I ended up helping 2 other people that couldn't find anyone near the department. Now,there's 3 people bird dogging the self help registers( watching for thieves,I'm sure) but only thing they could do was send the 3rd page over intercom. Evidently there's so many people working there,so everyone has someone to talk to while they re walking around not helping anyone.
