I struggle to find the words to express my gratitude to all the staff tonight. Everyone truly went above and beyond to help our community today. From offering water while we waited, putting up with so many calls and in store customers. The truck arrived five minutes before closing time. Every employee jumped in and streamlined unloading, checking merchandise in, loading on carts getting them to all of us lined up, checking out at the registers and so generously loading them in our vehicles (while it started to spit rain). It warmed my heart seeing everyone in good spirits and providing EXCELLENT customer service. Especially after closing time and a long busy day. I have been a loyal Lowes customer for years and today solidified that loyalty for life! Huge thank you again!
