I find customer service at this store to be horrible. I am doing orders and neither AI or attendants can tell me about my order. I hold on for one hour on the phone and still no resolve. It is painful. It was not like this before, but they have gone to crap, it seems. I am sorely disappointed.

This is the WORST home improvement store ever! The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Of the few times I've needed help inside the store or with curbside pickup, it's just been awful most of the time. Some employees are great but others are ridiculously unhelpful and lazy. I would rather drive the extra few miles to Home Depot than EVER go to this store again!

Waited for someone to become available and asked if they could cut two inches off of a piece of plywood for me. The employee told me the saw is broken and has been for a while. I asked if he had any idea when it might be available again. He rudely said “not today.” I understand things being broken. Just rubbed me the wrong way. Definitely go to Home Depot for wood cuts.

Customer service at this store is consistently disappointing. This isn’t my first bad experience here, but it will definitely be my last—I won’t be returning to this location or any other Lowe’s because of it.
There were no carts available in the store, and the paint department was unattended for a long time. When the employee finally returned after being called, his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, management doesn’t seem to be any better, as issues like this continue to happen.
If you need to shop at Lowe’s, I recommend going to a different location—or better yet, consider going to Home Depot instead.

I the link provide leads me to the Lowe’s website. The item was picked up and I was supposed to get a refund and confirmation of the return and I did not get anything! I swear on everything I would never buy from this store again . Now I have to fight to get my money back or dispute the charge with my card because you took the broken old item you sent me and refuse to refund me !! How incompetent can you be?
UPDATE: I was delivered a USED fireplace entertainment center that DOES NOT work correctly. I called Lowe’s initially and they said if they deliver it and it ends up not working I can call and they will pick the item up. Now they are saying they will only refund me if I bring it back?! How ?? There is NO box. I got it delivered BECAUSE I do not have a vehicle to fit such a large item. NOW you say differently . I paid for a NEW item to receive a BROKEN , USED ITEM AND YOU WONT REPLACE IT OR PICK THIS ONE UP?!?! what kind of people are running this store !!!! I’ve asked for the supervisor MULTIPLE times and not ONCE did that person get on the phone !!! CORPORATE WILL BE INVOLVED IF NOT FIXED
Supposed to have an item delivered the same day. I called and I was told the supervisor said it would come before 8 pm. It never came. I called the next day because it still was not out for delivery and the girl told me they have no one to bring it down so until someone does, it will not be delivered . Why advertise that you do SAME DAY delivery when you don’t. I would have bought this in store had I known. I also requested to PICK the item up and she said that I would still need someone to bring it down. SO you are telling me Lowe’s would refuse selling something to a customer just because no one FEELS like bringing the item down?? poor service. No help. Angry customer. I will be going to Home Depot from now on

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
