    I made a mistake and did not purchase a major appliance from a local vendor like Daniels Appliance. Do not purchase a major appliance from Lowes. The return/replace policy is 48 hours. I purchased a dryer approximately 7 days ago and after the first use the dryer barrel broke. I contacted the LG manufacturer and LG refuses to acknowledge/honor their warranty and refer all issues back to Lowes. When I call and ask for support from Lowes I am referred back to LG who again refuses to honor their warranty and sends me back to Lowes for support. I am frustrated by the lack of support from both Lowes and LG. Save yourself headache and frustration and do not make the same mistake I did and purchase a major appliance from Lowes. I am disappointed in Lowes customer service and I am equally disappointed in LG customer service. I do not have the words to adequately express that all current and future customers who shop for major appliances at Lowes do so at their own peril. Do not do business with Lowes if you are purchasing a major appliance.

    Normally Lowe’s is a better option compared to their competitors. Today’s experience was not what I have come to expect from them. I came in for replacement fluorescent light bulbs, and the entire isle was a wreck. Many of the bulbs were ready to fall off the shelves, looked like the boxes had been opened numerous times, and I had a difficult time finding the product I came to get which was in stock per the app I used. Had an associate been there for assistance maybe things would have been better. Management definitely needs to get involved.

    I paid for a John Deere riding lawnmower the first part of April. It was supposed to be delivered April 23. I got a text confirming the delivery date and was told I would get a message the day before the delivery date giving me a four hour delivery window. I never got that message. I called Lowe’s on the day of the delivery (because I didn’t hear from them) and discovered that my delivery day had been changed to April 25. There was zero communication from Lowe’s informing me of the delivery day change. I went to the store to speak to somebody about why the day was changed because I couldn’t get past the “AI assistant” on the phone. Come to find out they didn’t have the lawn mower in stock so they had to order one then assemble it then deliver it. I rearranged my whole schedule to wait for a lawn mower that did not even exist and nobody from Lowe’s took the time to tell me it didn’t exist. I have now wasted a whole day because the people at Lowe’s do not know how to communicate with their customers. I feel like I communicated with them pretty well when I told them to keep their lawn mower and give me a refund. Don’t think I’ll go back to Lowe’s. There are plenty of other options.

    Waited 15 minutes and I timed it after an employee called for someone to come to the paint department to help and no one came and I went and asked someone else to call for someone to come to help and they never came. So disappointed they used to care about their customers what happened? Three employees standing in front of us at the tool department never looked our way.

    Since they do not answer the phone and apparently have gone radio silence with corporate, I am writing this review in hopes they see it and I get a response. Placed a $2k order in Feb. 2nd. First available day they could deliver was 2/28. Why? Who knows, showed everything in stock. One of 4 windows ordered was broken in transit to the house on delivery day. The drivers report it, replacement order triggered. Status shows another 3 weeks for delivery. Day before, no call, day of, I check the order and it says delayed. I call Corp Lowe's (3/30) - created a case will be in contact within 24hrs. Hear nothing, call again 4/3, case escalated, again will hear within 24hrs. Nothing. Call directly to the store today. Get transferred to Millwork by front desk. Rings at least 20 times, get transferred back to somewhere, sit in dead silence for 5 min (still a live call). Call corporate, again all they can do is escalate and I should wait 24hrs or I can drive to the store (30miles one way). I call the store again, fight with AI for 2:28 min to get a person, it transfers to what I assume is the front desk and I kid you not, it rang for 2 mins with no pick up before I gave up and came here in frustration. While typing this, I get a text saying my item is on its way with a link for tracking that goes to my orders page, which now makes it look like the replacement part was delivered as opposed the the previous delayed status. We are now over 2 months out from original order date.
