I’m leaving a review of 2 stars solely for the lack of customer service I received on 03/20/2026 Emily the cashier. As we waited in line it was very noticeable that she was friendly and talking to other customers in line or at her register. So I found it quite rude and baffling when my 2 children and I approached her at the counter she did not speak. So I said “hello” in a friendly manner. She said hello back. She rang up my few items, advised of the total, and I paid. She then handed me my receipt without a word said.. I said “thank you” in a very friendly manner. And she literally looked at me and didn’t say A WORD back… she just leaned back towards her register. So I said “I said thank you”. And that’s what it took for her to say “have a good day”… it should not take me having to repeat myself like that for an associate to respond or acknowledge me. That is basic customer service. It honestly confuses me because she was so friendly to others in the store. And leaves me questioning WHY was she so rude to ME? What was it about me and my children that she was so cold and couldn’t say hello or you’re welcome or have a good day. These simple, basic customer service skills were lacking. So rude and unnecessary behavior.

We brought three types of trees, small rocks, self adhesive landscape (artificial grass), and a snake. What a success! My son will get a 100% for sure.
