- LLLeoApr 17, 20261.0The rental process was so complicated at this location for absolutely no reason, I made the reservation online and called to confirm that I could come the day of and they said yes. I let them know I didn't need a lock in advance (because I've already rented with them and have another unit so I have the cylinder). The person at the counter was trying to get me to get the unit for another price other than the reservation and even though I told him several times I don't need the lock he insisted on charging me for it. He stated that I would need to bring the lock that's in the unit back to him. I love using the company but this location makes it so difficult to the bare minimum.

Digging online, I see I could rent the unit next to mine for a near similar promotional pricing, meaning there is nothing stopping them from continuing to offer the rate I currently have or only performing a minor hike. In fact, I pay for extra services I don't actually get use of, like the "24 hour access" that I was not informed would not be available at this location through the entire signing process. it would be at this point cheaper to build a shed on my property and store everything there in a giant eyesore.
