The welcome home package u receive when u open up your storage unit which includes your lock is awesome.To add , You download an app to open up the gates just in case it’s raining you won’t get wet . How thoughtful is that?!! But just wait! The price you pay for the size of the unit is in my book undefeated plus the environment is clean.. I can go on and on.. I highly recommend you check it out if in need of a storage unit. Thank you Sharon for your superior customer service.

As I’m moving out and cleaning everything out this weekend, I was told I’m not allowed to use their dumpster. After being a long-term customer and consistently paying my unit , I can’t use the dumpster . Pretty disappointing. You’d think basic conveniences like that would be extended, and included especially when moving out after such a long time.
