  Just bought a tempurpedic mattress with adjustable base our representative was Melissa Townsend. Customer service was A1, she was very nice and soft spoken -and very knowledgeable. Will definitely see her again for our next purchase. I also appreciate the fact that the company has so many perks for service members. Paid 6.5k out the door

  We had a wonderful detail experience here. Chloe was our sales representative. She was knowledgeable and offered great detail information. We had an old antique bed frame which my husband told her it needed a king mattress. She had it delivered within days. However, it did not fit. The delivery drivers told us to call back to the store, and we were very pleased with the outcome. We went back to the store, spoke with Chloe again and she ask for measurements because from what my husband told her that mattress should have fit. She went as far to wanting to send the store manager out to our home. But lastly my husband told her that the old bed had two box springs, and she realized it needed two twin mattresses. They were delivered today and fit perfect. Ms. Chloe and Sleep Center Team, well done. We thank you all for your service✨✌

  Before purchasing a new mattress, I was absolutely dreading the shopping process—dealing with salespeople, delivery, and everything in between. However, my experience at The Sleep Center in Columbus completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, Cloee greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease. She offered to walk around with me but also gave me the option to browse on my own, which made me feel comfortable from the start. I’m so glad I chose to walk with her because she was incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses and helped me pinpoint exactly what I wanted and needed. She patiently guided me through the options, allowing me to try out different mattresses and explaining the details of each. By the time I left, I had narrowed it down to two choices, and she provided a thorough breakdown of their differences in construction and price. When I returned a few days later to make my purchase, Cloee ensured that the price I was originally quoted was honored and arranged for next-day delivery. The delivery experience was just as seamless. The team arrived on time, delivered the new mattress, and even removed my old one without any hassle. Overall, what I expected to be a stressful process turned out to be fantastic, thanks to Cloee and the team at The Sleep Center. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new mattress!

  Melissa Townsend is the lady to see for all your mattress needs. She took time to answer all of are questions. The whole process went so smoothly and we were able to find the perfect bed for my father. You couldn’t beat the price or the quality of the products they offer. The sleep center cares about veterans. I also have to give praise where it is due. Our delivery guys, Zach and Shelby, were amazing! They got here on time, was respectful and put everything together for us. A true definition to southern hospitality.
