  I’ve been working with Jennifer (owner) and her team since starting my Airbnb business a year ago. Prior to her I never knew if my cleaners were going to show up or if they Would actually finish the job. Since hiring Jennifer I literally don’t even think about my Airbnb business - I just KNOW and trust that Jennifer will get everything taken care of and treat our home like her own. I’m so grateful to Jennifer who always looks for new ways to better her processes and business overall which is a true blessing to our business and reflects in the consistent 5 star reviews we get. I would absolutely recommend Magic Maids of Columbus!

  Terrible Airbnb cleaners. When I told her that a guest had complained about dirty sheets, she called me a liar and then the guest a liar. Had zero attention to detail. When I came back and checked on the property, I found that there were various stains on walls, cushions and comforters that she didn’t bother cleaning or telling me about. She also did almost none of the simple tasks I asked her to do such as change the shower liner or empty the overflowing mailbox. If you’re looking for an Airbnb cleaner, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

  Magic Maids of Columbus does an outstanding job cleaning, is flexible, and very communicative. We use them to clean our AirBnB and they are the best cleaners we have found in the Columbus Area. Highly recommend.

  Magic maids did and continues to do an excellent job each and every week they come.they are always on time,do a thorough cleaning.pay close attention to detail.from bathrooms to kitchens, from floors to shutters.i would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job at a fair price
