  I purchased a sofa with recliners on the ends in 2023 and one of the recliners has broken already! I have had recliners over the last 30 years that were not La-Z-Boy and never had a problem with them. The sofa was supposed to have a lifetime warranty but came to find out all that is under warranty is the piece that broke. They charged me $100 for service charge and $80 for labor so pretty much the piece probably cost $20 so I am very disappointed in my experience with buying a La-Z-Boy sofa.# will Never buy a La-Z-Boy product again.

  Jason our sales person was awesome, he offer his help but he wasn’t pushy and we loved that: we left the store and he walked us out and offered his card. Well we came back and purchase the sofa: I wish ever sales person was like him. Thank you Jason

  I had an excellent experience shopping for my new living room furniture. Jason was the Salesman who greeted me on my first visit. He was very knowledgeable about all the selections to choose from and was very attentive to what I was looking for and the space constraints I faced. He was never pushy and made sure to lay out all my options. I really liked that someone came out to do measurements and we were able to look at virtual layouts of all the different options, it really helped to ease my mind and aided in making my decision. 4 store visits, a few color swatches, in person measurements, a few virtual layouts, and lots of listening to my needs and a purchase was finally made. We can’t wait for delivery day!!! A++ customer care service!

  The service inside the store was great. We decided to pick up our recliner and although they gave us directions , they were not very good. The directions took us to the building but there was no clear signage as to how to get into the building. Luckily we called the warehouse and they stayed on the phone until we reached the appropriate door. The salesman told us that the chair would be assembled so that we could inspect it, and they would show us how to reassemble it . It was not assembled , so we did have a good bit of trouble figuring out how to put it together once we got it home.
