- OBOren BarclayDec 20, 20255.0The locksmith that met me at the shop was coming in off of another job that he was on when I called in and he asked me to meet him at their shop. I did and he came in just shortly after the time he gave me that he should finish the job he was working on. We had no where to get inside as the problem was that I had lost the key to the locking pin on my truck's bumper hitch. Anyway I really needed it as I had to pull a trailer with a parade float on it in the Veterans Day parade the next morning. This was at 5:00 pm so I'm pretty sure I was probably catching him right before he was heading home to supper and possibly for the evening. So in continuing he laid out on the gravel parking area behind my truck and drilled out the locking pin on my hitch and got me squared away. In conclusion, I left out a happy customer and he left a tired, wet, guy without a word of grumpy from him. I really appreciated his performance and professionalism
