- EAEddie Alejandro5 days ago1.0Was told I’d get my delivery this morning and I waited for hours so I call just for them to tell me they’re delivery driver did a no call no show and no one thought to call me and I canceled everything I had going today now I have to cancel everything I have Monday morning. Very unprofessional not to mention I couldn’t get their in store deal cause the manager wasn’t there and I’ve been there three times now and the manager is never there. Very unprofessional

Can't use any utilities which is all they claim to accept because I dont have gas, water is included in my rent and the electric co has the house under an old address and cant/wont update it so the bills address doesnt match the stated residence. Really sucks because so far theyre the only place who'll deliver to my location😮💨

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
