  Lowe's has become a low class business. I had purchased a 2 pack of refrigerator water filters. The second filter was defective. The water filtered through it had a strong, unpleasant after-taste. I did not have the receipt. The cashier was able to pull up my purchase history and did see that I had purchased this item. I wanted to exchange this defective filter for a new LifesGood filter. I brought the cashier a single filter from the store so she could scan to give me credit towards a new LG proper filter and the cashier would not give me credit for the defective filter. Apparently Lowe's does not value customer loyalty and has become greedy. I will start shopping at Home Depot. They provide great customer service and value customer loyalty.

  This store is an absolute nightmare to get anything done. Tried to get a couple plywood squares cut and they were measured wrong. So I needed to get them cut again, but after asking 3 times nobody ever showed up to cut them. I come back the next day, and still waiting for someone to show up to cut them. It's just 2 plywood squares, how can they even manage to make this so difficult.

  Horrible customer service. I will never buy an appliance from them again. This store will not pick up a phone or help you. They keep hanging up or sending you to the wrong department Then when you actually get a person they don’t want to help you. The delivery service for their appliances is trash. No communication or feedback.
