    Louis from St Louis was absolutely amazing! He was beyond helpful. I went in to Lowe’s to get stuff for my move. I had over 15 big boxes + 10 plastic bins and a ton of little items and I was having trouble getting through the store and lifting everything into my car. Thankfully Louis offered his help and he had me pull up my car and he put everything inside for me. Super sweet gentleman, he made everything so much easier for me! Thank you Louis!

    Mya, who was working on labels, came to my rescue when Frank and two other employees were too interested in their upcoming break, one saying that no one in the whole store could help me. Mya cold tell that I needed help, stopped and was the epitome of an ideal employee! The floor workers sold me ashamed. So many of them are MIA or standing around collecting a paycheck with zero desire to do anything close to their job. Thanks, Mya!

    Today’s associate, Jeff, was truly a pleasure to encounter. He approached our self-checkout register before we even had the chance to call for assistance, which immediately set a positive tone for the experience. Jeff was attentive, professional, and made the checkout process smooth and stress-free. He was also very easy to chat with, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that made the interaction enjoyable. Jeff clearly takes pride in his work and provides excellent customer service. He deserves all the badges he currently has—and honestly, many more. Jeff should absolutely be rewarded, perhaps with lunch from one of your loyal rewards members, as a thank-you for his outstanding service.
