- JFJennifer FloresJan 19, 20265.0Derek came out and examined our trees. He confirmed that we needed to take down the trees we were concerned about and gave us a very reasonable quote. His crew came on the agreed date and were very professional and cleaned the site completely before they left.
- ECEric CobbJan 9, 20262.0We hired this company to remove trees and leave them as “firewood,” which was described as being stacked. The tree removal itself was done well. I did not realize that “firewood” in this case meant very large, uncut logs. Unfortunately, I was at work during the job and couldn’t review the result immediately. When I returned home and saw the situation, I called right away and explained the misunderstanding. I was completely willing to pay for removal or additional work, and was told they would arrange a time to return within the next few days. Over the following weeks, I called multiple times but was either pushed off or not responded to at all. I was never given a follow-up date and ultimately had to handle the wood myself. What was left behind created a significant and unexpected amount of labor and expense, and eventually became a safety concern for my pets and family. I would not recommend unless expectations are documented very clearly and follow-up is guaranteed.
