ZERO STARS. DO NOT buy a warranty with Serveco. I purchased a couch from Lazy Boy in 2017. The couch was around 5000.00 and we purchased a complete warranty with pet protection. We were told that in any event of damage we could file a claim. The warranty was for 5 years. In 2022 we filed a claim due to damage from pets. Serveco was easy to deal with (back then) and due to cloth coloring differences they opted to replace the entire couch. We got the new one in April of 2022. We were very satisfied. We also purchased the same warranty for that couch as the first. About a month ago I put in a claim. They replied asking question that made it seem they were going to try and fight the claim. I was worried. I responded and they decided to honor the warranty. A few weeks later I saw a package had been delivered and it was couch cushions. Just the tops of the couch cushions and the worst part was they were not color matched to the couch. The color did not match the pictures I had of the couch when it was delivered in 2022- so it is not a fading issue. It is clearly a completely different cushion color. And they plan to send a seamstress to chop off the tops of my couch, and then sew in the tops they sent. Absolutely wild. But if the couch cushions were the same color I’d be okay with it. I sent in pictures and they decided it didn’t matter the colors didn’t match, even when I offered to send pictures of the original to rebuke their claim that the color was off due to fading and time. I want this claim to be honored with the same care and concern the first one was. I even offered to accept them sending the rest of the cushions so they’d at least match and no luck there. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. I will tell everyone and anyone I can about how horrible ServeCo is unless they actually try and resolve this. The emails back and forth between myself and ServeCo have been useless. They do not care that they are trying to stick me with a 2 toned couch. I have attached a picture for this review of the original darker color couch that was delivered in 2022 and this picture was taken the day it was delivered. And the lighter gray color is the one they sent out. They clearly do not match. If anyone at ServeCo actually reads this and cares, my claim number was 652030 and I will happily remove this review and my BBB complaint if we either get all new couch cushions to match, or a new couch. Telling a consumer they have to accept a couch that is 2 colors is such bad customer service.

This company is absolute GARBAGE. Purchased a $7,000 adjustable base and mattress from Mattress firm. LESS THAN 3 WEEKS from delivery, the wires that control the bed separated as they were crimped upon installation. After filing an E claim, climbing under the bed @ 55yrs old to take pictures and calling the company 6 TIMES along with the 3 TIMES Mattress Firm tried to contact them, they finally sent me an email saying that these crimped and broken wires are NOT covered under their warranty!
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Tried getting ahold of the "warehouse manager" 4 time but he was "IN A MEETING" which apparently lasted ALL DAY!
In short, we have been sleeping in our guest bedroom for OVER 2 MONTHS while these clowns did nothing.
DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE COMPANY.
I wish google would provide a place for NEGATIVE STARS.

I had a rep from ServeCo come to do a little "damage control" that a previous rep (NOT from ServeCo) did. I have an "anti-snore" bed where the head elevates when I snore. For some reason the bed started experiencing issues. Called the manufacturer and they sent out a "rep" who made the matter worse! Instead of my head being elevated, my feet were elevated. The controls on the remote no longer matched up with operation of the bed. Called the manufacturer again, and they sent out another rep from another company, (I requested that they DO NOT send the previous person). Lee from ServeCo, came and took care of it in a matter of no time, he turned the bed over, saw what the problem was (plugs had been plugged into the wrong ports under the bed!). After plugging the plugs into the proper ports, he then proceeded to check to make sure each section (head, feet and Lumbar) were all working correctly. Not only was he a "doctor" for my bed, but he also put on his other "hat" easily becoming a "teacher" when I started asking him questions regarding my bed and remote. He was patient and even went above and beyond to answer my questions (he is a WONDERFUL person to take care of your furniture!). I know Google has this 5 star rating - but sometimes, there are people out here who go beyond their work requirement to ensure that the customer is happy, making them worthy of a 10. Lee is definitely one of them!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. As others have stated Absolutely the worst warranty company ever!! I was told by La-Z-Boy that my fabric couch was covered for 5 years from any stains when I purchased the extended warranty through Serve Co. Well, my husband got something on the couch, dirt, our pets stained from vomit, something, unknown for sure because he works outside a lot on cars and I sent in a claim. Well, because I said dirt or charcoal, or dye (could have been grease but I didn't say that) it is not covered and the claim was denied. Mind you, we have had this couch for under a year, and don’t even sit on it every day. It has to be exactly one of the items on the list. Upon calling the resolutions department, the woman I spoke to was so incredibly rude, and hung up on me!!! Do not make the same mistake and do not trust this company and if you use any cleaning product, even tap water, to clean the item, the warranty is void. You must use distilled water, but you're not going to know that either until it's too late. Do NOT order the warranty and don't let La-Z-Boy sucker you into buying it either! See Serve Co's message below (photo). They're a total SCAM and waste of money!!!!!!!!!Hence why they have almost 2 stars… HORRIBLE!!!

2 years ago the remote for my adjustable base stopped working. I called customer service and was told to use the app and & would no longer need a remote so a replacement was not sent. Fast forward a year later and now the bed no longer pairs w my phone or the app. I called Serveco and started a claim. I was under warranty and was told the motor and remote will be replaced. Then I got an email saying the labor was not covered and it would be 200 just to have a tech come and diagnose. I felt very strongly that it was the app and not the motor, because the motor had a green light. I called Serveco back requesting a replacement remote be sent and if that did not work then the tech could come out. I had to talk to 3 different people before I found one that listened and wanted to help. Patricia agreed that I should have been sent a new remote 2 years ago. She put me on hold and then came back to let me know a new remote was being mailed but would take7-14 days. I received the new remote with in 72 hours. It took me 30 sec to pair to the base and IT worked! I am so grateful that she took the time to listen and did her job of making sure this customer was satisfied. When you know something is not right - be persistent, bc there are more Patricias out thee and I'm thankful for the one I found!
