I contacted them on 6/24/25 to get my chair repaired. My technician, Will, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and determined. Each time he left my house without a resolution, he couldn't understand why my chair wouldn't go back to working. He replaced item after item, until everything inside my chair was replaced and when my chair still didn't work he called his supervisor, who was stumped as well and determined that one of the new direct from the factory parts must be defective, something that happens though extremely rarely. So, all of the parts were replaced a second time and my chair works again! I'm extremely grateful that Will was assigned to my case. Everyone who I talked to or interacted with at ServeCo was knowledgeable, kind, and willing to answer all of my questions. Will gave me a hardy high five and a great big smile when I pressed the button on my chair and we heard the motor whirling, yesterday, 1/8/26. It took a long time but that wasn't Will's fault or really anyone's fault, defects happen, they're uncontrollable. In a way, I'm glad it happened to me because I got to met Will and chat a bit with him while he worked on my chair and because unfortunately there are people out there who wouldn't be understanding and I was and furniture technicians are few and far between nowadays and nobody deserves to be yelled at for something that's not in their control. Yes, I got frustrated with the situation but Will, ServeCo, their employees, and even the parts manufacturer aren't to blame. Accidents happen and this world needs more understanding people in it.

Would give zero stars if that were an option. Bought a sectional and 2 recliners and received the furniture still in the boxes. Didn’t open the boxes until several weeks later when we moved in our house. One arm of one of the recliners is warped - it’s leaning with a gap between the chair and the arm. I filed a claim and sent pictures - was told that doesn’t qualify for service. How?? We received the chair damaged!! What a waste of money. Looking at all the 1 star reviews you can see a definite pattern. This company is a scam.

Company literally collects information over a series of days asking one question at a time instead of all at once. Company is impossible to reach by phone! In the end even though the bed was under warranty I was given the option to repair it myself or spend 250-300 for the repair person to come do it. The bed was instead replaced by the bed company because the process with Serveco was so time consuming, repetitive, and unhelpful!

It was quite a hassle to get Servco to the point where they would send a technician out to determine what was wrong with the footrest on my couch. I never talked to a real person until the technician came out. It was all email communications and uploading pictures.
Chris, the technician, diagnosed the problem right away. He ordered the parts and after the parts arrived , he came out again and replaced the switch on my couch. He did an excellent job. I am happy the footrest works again! 😊

I wanted to pass on a rave review for one of your service techs. I bought a bed for my mom who lives in Alaska and the massage feature quit working. My mom broke her shoulder several months ago and while it has healed well, she still has a lot of ache and soreness. The massage feature on her bed relieves the pain significantly so we were anxious to get it fixed.
Yesterday (on New Year's Day!) George went to my mom's house and fixed the massage unit. My sister was there with her and this was her text to me about the quality of service:
"I'm at mom's now and the service guy (George) beat me here and is working on it now. Luckily she was up and doing good and he was nice and explained why he was there and that I was on my way.
He put the new motor on even though he did get it to work with the old motor with a reset. It wasn't consistently working every time he turned it off and on so he put the new motor on and then showed us how to use the remote to do a reset of the program. It's working great now. I took pictures of the steps to do a reset in case I forget if it happens again so we can fix it. But he did tell us if it goes out again it might be a motherboard needing replaced if it's glitching and needing resets too often. We can call back if that happens.
He was nice and very kind to mom. Mom's good to go and said she might even go to bed early tonight just to enjoy her massager!"
Thank you so much for the excellent service and please thank George for us.
