I really want to give a shoutout to Dylan (sorry if the name is misspelled) He went above and beyond to help me find the Christmas tree I wanted and even helped me load it into the car. Had issues with smoker purchase front desk supervisor took my order and messed it up. He was not friendly or helpful to fix his own mistake. When they loaded my smoker no one was certified to use the lift and was wanting me to load. Then got a second associate to finally come help. It was not a good experience.

You can’t even shop without the gutter sales people swarming you like flies. Every time I come to the Cartersville location, one of them wants to talk gutters. Todays trip, one came up before I had a chance to pick up an outdoor camera. He left, the within 60 seconds another one came up. I hate being rude to them, but I’m trying to shop and read descriptions. Leave people alone. I came to Lowe’s, not a used car dealership. Put a sign up to advertise, but the floor sales people are going to annoy people out of your stores.
