- OBOlivia BrownFeb 25, 20262.0I usually love Hobby Lobby, but this location is consistently rude. Yesterday the cashier didn't say a word to me and seemed annoyed I was there to check out. The lady standing at the front of the store was equally rude and couldn't be bothered to smile or acknowledge any customers. I dread coming to this location. The staff needs serious customer service training.

- KEKay EdwardsJan 31, 20262.0Read the reviews before coming here and thought the staff would be nicer, but I will be going out of my way to go to the Kennesaw or Canton locations in the future. The manager up front was rude and stared at me as if I was a problem. The associate speaking with him also had a stank face as I walked by to get a basket and I coincidentally ran into her in the back of the store. The cashier did not say a single word to me either. However she spoke to the people in front of me and greeted the people coming in. I did not give them trouble, nor did I spend longer than 10 minutes in the store. Not a word came out of my mouth. I felt unwelcome for no reason. Hobby Lobby, maybe pay your staff more so they don't look so miserable.
