- AOAaron Colebank (Outlaw)Oct 18, 20251.0The place is clean at least from what I saw. Convenient gas sta next door and its well lit so you can feel safe. Speaking of safe the neigh its near is very safe with a fire station and a police station nearby. Staff is helpful until they're not. Take pictures of the vehicle if your picking up here or dropping off. I mean lots of pictures especially of the interior and the gas gauge. Don't get caught slipping on these photos. If you have issues dont even bother talking to the "owner" he will use his "reputation" as all the excuse he needs! Was very rude and told us that our being inquisitive about charges wasn't very christian. So he made a remark about our faith and then was hostile when we merely said we would be leaving a review to annotate this interaction. We also had to call Uhaul customer service to find a solution to this. Which they were very polite and very understanding and handled this issue with the kind of professionalism that one would expect from a well known company. So thanks to the Uhaul lady for putting us in touch with the correct people to resolve this awful experience. Now to clarify nowhere in here did I the writer make any accusations or statements of liable only my perception of the events that took place and the manner in which we recommend you proceed should you so choose to utilize this establishment.
