We'll they handed out the tickets at 430 and let the people go and come back at six. Leaving a whole line of people thinking they are the fist 50. In my mind that is not how it should have went down. They waited until 5:58 to tell the people in line that the tickets have already been given away as the first 50 came past everyone to collect there gifts.

We left there to compare price first at home depot for a tool for my husband before buying at Lowes and the guy at home depot wasn't friendly at all and didnt seem to want to really help much so we left and went back to Lowes to buy the tool for a much better deal and extremely better service. Ty Dan!!! Also, Dan thank you for your service for our country. He's a retired veteran!!!!!!
- TSTravis SmithNov 28, 20251.0Went for the Black Friday sale got there around 5:30 and jumped in line since it looked to be only about 40 people in line and waited in the cold looking forward to getting a bucket to get told 5 mins til 6 am that the asm Travis gave out tickets to people at 3am and told them they could just go wait in their car and just come back. Then Travis proceeded to tell everyone that the next 100 customers will get a coupon for 20% off their purchase but they didn’t hand them out to us as we walk into the store at 6 am so everyone is assuming we’ll get it at the register at checkout. Instead they tell us to go to customer service and get it but they don’t have them and then waiting 10mins for a manager to show up after being called for only for her to say they don’t have anymore. I feel the store did a poor job handling the Black Friday event and it was very frustrating that the employees didn’t tell the crowd of people lining up and waiting that they already gave away the buckets at 3 am. Also disappointed that the Asm announced that people were to receive 20% off coupons and then you get the run around asking for it and that they forgot to hand them out to the first groups of people coming in. I Will no longer come to this Lowe’s location to shop.
