When wifey ask for the fix it stuff I LOWES. that's pretty much it customer service could be a bit better because you'll walk around that store until your project deadline before someone asks if you need help but if you absolutely KNOW what to do for your project by all means help yourself.... literally

Went for the Black Friday sale got there around 5:30 and jumped in line since it looked to be only about 40 people in line and waited in the cold looking forward to getting a bucket to get told 5 mins til 6 am that the asm Travis gave out tickets to people at 3am and told them they could just go wait in their car and just come back. Then Travis proceeded to tell everyone that the next 100 customers will get a coupon for 20% off their purchase but they didn’t hand them out to us as we walk into the store at 6 am so everyone is assuming we’ll get it at the register at checkout. Instead they tell us to go to customer service and get it but they don’t have them and then waiting 10mins for a manager to show up after being called for only for her to say they don’t have anymore. I feel the store did a poor job handling the Black Friday event and it was very frustrating that the employees didn’t tell the crowd of people lining up and waiting that they already gave away the buckets at 3 am. Also disappointed that the Asm announced that people were to receive 20% off coupons and then you get the run around asking for it and that they forgot to hand them out to the first groups of people coming in. I Will no longer come to this Lowe’s location to shop.

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
