    I waited my turn for a forklift driver forever and then they just decided to help someone else who was after me. Joe the mgr thought that was fine.

    Shopping there today, it’s March 27’th around 7pm on my way out I thought I would stop and check lumber to see if they had some broken bags of cement or mortar mix like I have for the past 8 years being I live just up the street . They had 2 broken partial bags of mortar and I went in to ask the associate at lumber checkout and he could Not give me a price per bag, I told him I had beeen paying a dollar a bag and he looked at me funny and shrugged his shoulders, Gesturing he could care less, and I felt like that was kind of disrespectful. The new manager seems to be hiring employees that don’t Don’t mine disrespecting the customers I didn’t disrespect him so I’m getting to the point I will no longer spend my money in that store This is not the first time an employee showed their self or call me a lier at this location

    Lisa and Richard were very kind, friendly ,helpful and patient with me as i had a lot of questions about painting. (Aqua walls) Great customer service.

    I was shopping at this store today and I was in a little bit of a hurry . I was looking for a some wire and I see there was about two rolls on the shelf but looked like it had some missing from the role. I asked if they had new roles because I was buying the whole thing and the employee checked the sku number he said there’s only two new rolls showing in inventory. I said well I would like to take the two new roles. He then said well its the only two that are on the shelf that you’re looking at now, I said OK. Is there any way to know how much is left on the roll so I don’t get charged for something I’m not getting .because I need a certain length. He said he would have to unroll it and measure it so that we can see how many feet are left. I said I would help him because I needed it for a project and I was press for time . He then tells me that the store is being visited by some big wigs and that he has to take care of some boxes and carts and take them to the back before he can help me and he walks away. I’m a customer that always shops here now standing waiting for help waiting for him to get done with taking carts and boxes to the back instead of helping me make a purchase With everything I needed. It was gonna be around $1000-$1500 because I needed all the connections and everything as well as I stand there and wait I notice he has returned but not to help me but to continue pushing carts through the store so I decided to leave everything I had and went to Home Depot to purchase the same items . I was treated very well by wonderful polite lady employee that stopped stocking the shelf to help me she was about in her 60s willing to do anything that I needed to help me get my purchase. by the time I left Home Depot we had spent $1500 then returned for a few more items to complete the project and end up spending a total of about $2500. I hope the big wigs at Lowe’s liked how clean and empty the aisles where . I usually don’t get to mad about these things I just blow it off but this one got me.
