    Lowes continues to lower the bar. It’s gotten to the point where we have to find everything we need on our own, nobody tries to help in any way. When you do actually run one of the blue shirts down (they do in fact run away), they have no idea where anything is and wander around with you until they find it. The checkout experience continues to get worse. Not only is there no place to set your stuff down before you begin scanning, there is no help. I had stuff dropping off of the table as I’m trying to scan things while I’m holding everything else that I was trying to scan in and the young woman who was supposed to be in charge of the checkout area, just ignored me and continued to stare at her phone. Employee checkout is not an option. Stores like this are why Amazon is getting stronger, and local businesses die. Shouldn’t we AT LEAST get an employee discount if the whole experience is DIY?

    I hate to post this because the actual people I have dealt with in this store have been wonderful however I had such a horrible experience and was then passed off to someone supposedly in customer service but could not even give me a clear answer as to if he worked for Lowe’s. My husband and I bought appliances in store over the weekend. The scheduling process has been confusing. I took off the day of work I was told to at the store. As it turns out it’s 2 separate deliveries and now I am missing another half day. The major issue was the delivery of my washing machine. The contractor that was hired was completely disrespectful. He recorded me without permission, he did not complete the job, he yelled at me in my home and in my driveway and he lied to me. I was made to feel unsafe in my own home and the solution to that from customer service was a $25 electronic gift certificate. Absolutely unacceptable. Again, the actual people in the store have been kind and understanding but the man that came into my home hired by lowes should not be allowed in anyone’s home. No woman should be made to feel unsafe in her home alone with 2 strangers. I am beyond disappointed. Appliances were purchased in husbands name so if someone that can actually help me would like to reach out that would be appreciated. I want to speak to someone who is in charge and not going to pass me to someone else.

    Went today to pick up some very heavy shelving, fire pit and a rolling tool chest. Had a couple of employees go get everything and load it into my truck for me. So helpful and friendly. My favorite hardware store to shop at

    Typically fair, was there late and the gentleman i asked about washer and dryer hook ups didn't seem real interested in getting me where I needed to go before getting to where he needed to go. I called out to him 3 or 4 times before he turned around and then replied somewhat smartly about the location of my query. Unfortunate but after about 15 minutes of searching i found what I needed.
