    I purchased a washer and dryer set from Lowe's. This was delivered which seemed pretty easy . The dryer was making a lot of noise so I had that exchanged again pretty easy. Here's the challenge when they came to deliver they delivered the wrong dryer the delivery driver did not even try to look for the correct dryer. This turned into a 3 hour ordeal to find out from anyone what was going on. I was continuously told that they have to investigate and they will call back etc. etc. etc. Then after I got off the phone with the delivery person that told me Lowe's will call me to figure things out after the investigation....NOT ONE PERSON CALLED ME ..I was the one making the calls. I then see the truck pulling in my driveway with yes my new dryer that was on the truck the entire time. Lowes biggest mistake is hiring a third party to deliver as they do not care about the customer at all. I had a lot of plans this spring to spend money at Lowe's and do work in my yard. I will no longer be a customer at Lowe's. They have lost my business for good. I'm sure someone else will be happy to take my money.

    Lowes continues to lower the bar. It’s gotten to the point where we have to find everything we need on our own, nobody tries to help in any way. When you do actually run one of the blue shirts down (they do in fact run away), they have no idea where anything is and wander around with you until they find it. The checkout experience continues to get worse. Not only is there no place to set your stuff down before you begin scanning, there is no help. I had stuff dropping off of the table as I’m trying to scan things while I’m holding everything else that I was trying to scan in and the young woman who was supposed to be in charge of the checkout area, just ignored me and continued to stare at her phone. Employee checkout is not an option. Stores like this are why Amazon is getting stronger, and local businesses die. Shouldn’t we AT LEAST get an employee discount if the whole experience is DIY?
